As we know together, every telecommunication service provider now compete each other to get many customers. They lowered the tariffs, until the operator is less attention to the quality of services provided to customers.
Many customers who have often disappointed by the service. Call failed, call dropped, sms is not reached the destination, or delay until some pitch time. Those are the conditions they complained. Sometimes those condition was felt on the busy hours alias 08.00 hrs until 17:00.
This is the problem that must be solved immediately by the provider, in order to keep attention to the quality of services. I think, operator should not lowering tariff till IDR 0.00...1, but keep the price at IDR 100 with a better quality services.
Hopefully this can be an input to the telecommunication service providers in Indonesia.
